INVESTIGATING

We are aware of an issue impacting our Technical Support Portal. Customers are currently unable to create new support enquiries via the Support Portal—including new support cases or Live Chat requests—and are presented with an error. Customer enquiries received via e-mail (bc_support@brightcove.com) will be acknowledged and thoughtfully actioned by our Technical Support Team in the expected fashion, aligned with customer SLAs. Existing support cases created prior to the current period of impact are unaffected.

The issue has been resolved. Support Portal functionality has returned and is operational.
