[Identified] We are currently experiencing a delay in the availability of bandwidth data within Video Cloud's Billing module UI and APIs for some customers. Data from 9/1 and later may not be present. No data loss is expected. All bandwidth data will become available once the issue is resolved.
The cause of the delay has been identified and fixed. Brightcove Engineering is monitoring the processing of the delayed data.

[Monitoring] The delay in the availability of bandwidth data within Video Cloud's Analytics & Billing modules continues to be resolved. We are continuously receiving data from CDN partner(s); however, for some customers, bandwidth usage data from 9/1 and later may not yet be fully present in the UI.
We do not currently have an estimate on when all data will be fully received, but no data loss is expected. All bandwidth data will become available once the issue is fully resolved.
The cause of the delay has been identified and fixed. Brightcove Engineering continues to monitor the reception and processing of the delayed data at the highest priority.
