[Investigating] We are currently experiencing an issue impacting the availability of Analytics data associated with Brightcove Live streams via both our Analytics UI and API. Metrics related to concurrent viewership (CCU) are understood to be available during and within 48 hours following the conclusion of an event via the Live module UI only, but will be temporarily unavailable thereafter. Brightcove Engineering is investigating at the highest priority.

Data of events that happened in the past 2 days are not available. Brightcove Live events that are started from now, will report Live Analytics data as expected. The root cause has been identified, and Brightcove Engineering is working towards a full resolution.

Customers who need this information should contact support for assistance. Brightcove Live events that are started from now, will report Live Analytics data as expected. The root cause has been identified and Brightcove Engineering is working towards a full resolution.

Data from 9/1 and later may not be present. No data loss is expected. All bandwidth data will become available once the issue is resolved. The cause of the delay has been identified and fixed. Brightcove Engineering is monitoring the processing of the delayed data.

We are continuously receiving data from CDN partner(s); however, for some customers, bandwidth usage data from 9/1 and later may not yet be fully present in the UI. We do not currently have an estimate on when all data will be fully received, but no data loss is expected. All bandwidth data will become available once the issue is fully resolved. The cause of the delay has been identified and fixed. Brightcove Engineering continues to monitor the reception and processing of the delayed data at the highest priority.
